1. Showcasing the listing
Your first online brochure is an entry in the MLS. To stand out we will arrange for professional Real Estate photography at the right time of the day for the best exposure. Once potential buyer’s eyes are captured by high quality photography, we follow-up with a strong and emotional description that will transport them into imagining living in their new home. Our property descriptions are designed to maximize the emotional appeal of your property. We complete the presentation with 3D and Virtual Tours, Video and aerial photography as appropriate.
2. Distributing widely
The widest possible distribution of your listing is key to maximizing exposure to all potential buyers. We invest in an extensive internet syndication effort to thousands of Real Estate web sites. We also invest in showcasing your listing on the highest traffic web sites such as Zillow, Realtor and Tulia.
3. Targeted Advertising
We follow-up a wide distribution of the listing with a highly targeted full digital and video advertising campaign targeting the professional Real Estate Community, qualified potential buyers of similar properties, buyers driving in proximity of the listing, neighbors and members of our sphere.
4. In person showing
It is now Showtime!
We suggest you hold an open house at the launch of the listing. A few days before the open house, we will place a sign in front of your home promoting the Open House. We will also advertise the open house on multiple digital media platforms such as the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homesnap, Facebook, Instagram and Waze.
This grand opening is followed by in person showings by the Real Estate Community at large.
