Lone Tree
Lone Tree is an incorporated City south of Denver, home to about 13,000 residents. Lone Tree is located in Douglas County at the intersection of two major freeways imediately south of the Denver Tech Center. It is home to many large office developments and fortune 500 companies. Incorporated in 1996 it is Denver’s southern subburbs shopping hub with lots of restaurants, shops and parks, as well as Park Meadows mall. Many families and young professionals call Lone Tree home. It is consistently rated as one of the best places to live in Colorado.
